Our fee for permanent placements is a once-off payment,
which excludes VAT, and is based on 15%
of the Total Cost to Company. Our terms are 7 days from
date of invoice, being our applicant’s first working day
with your organisation.

Our 90 day Guarantee on permanent placements covers you
in the event of the employee leaving your employ during
the said guarantee. Should such an event take place, we
will:

a) |
Replace free of charge OR |
|
b) |
Credit your account on a pro-rate basis with 100% of
the paid fee within the first month, 75% within the second
month and 50% within the third month - unless their reasons
for leaving your employ are for reasons such as: Retrenchment,
unfair dismissal, misleading information from the client,
changes of the job content or misconduct by the client. |
| In order to validate the guarantee,
the invoice must be settled within 7 days from date of issue.
It is essential that we have co-operation from our client
when doing our fortnightly follow-up calls during the guarantee
period. Non-disclosure of information regarding inadequate
performance will invalidate your guarantee. |
| Any document prepared by U’r
Career! remains their exclusive property and
any information relating to any applicant/assignee shall
remain confidential and shall not be passed on to any third
party. All documents are to be returned to U’r
Career! on conclusion of each mandate. |
| In the event of an applicant being appointed
by yourselves, an affiliated business or a party to whom
you introduce the applicant, (within 12 months of being
referred to yourselves by U’r Career!
or working for your organisation through U’r
Career! – an introductory fee based on current
placement fees will become payable. |
