Managing Member has been involved in businesses (Small to Medium in size & Corporate
Companies) for the past 27 years. She started her career at the Armscor Group, later
moved to Momentum Life who gave her a strong base to build her career on. She worked
in Communications, Media & Insurance industries for a couple of years but always
felt drawn to her passion: Recruitment. Amorita and her husband, Sean, enjoy the outdoors, sport & travelling. They just don’t watch too much rugby together. She is a cheetah supportor and he is a very enthusiastic WP supporter!!!

has been involved in business consulting for the past 16 years with special
emphasis in the advertising, media & marketing fields. He has special interest in
the arts & vintage cars. After living in Cape Town for 8 years he returned to his
roots in Pretoria.

Provided a recruitment consulting service since the early 80’s and still enjoys
playing a positive role in assisting people to reach their career goals. Her passion
for service delivery resulted in building valuable long term relationships with
clients in various industries. She feels that UrCareer provides the perfect platform
to continue adding value in this industry. Other interests are art, music and enjoying
quality time with her family and friends.

successfully placed candidates internationally and established strong relationships
in Australia, Middle East and the rest of Africa.

Has lived in 4 countries but don’t get confused by the American accent –
she is full blown “Proudly South African”. Delicia holds a BSocSci Degree and is
currently tackling her Honours. She has also completed a specialized course in Human
Resource Management. She is a people’s person who is passionate about her candidates
and clients. Delicia enjoys travelling and is eager to add to her list of countries
visited.

IRMA VERMEULEN

Loves life, diversity, people and animals. She holds a BA degree in Information
Science and spent 13 years at the SABC enjoying using her craft and passion for
language and creativity. Irma worked for a multi-national corporation in the Human
Resources and Administration field before joining the dynamic team of UrCareer.
Her greatest joy and blessing in life are her children and grand children living
in London and Ireland respectively.

SHARON MEULENBELD >>
Happily married to Frank, a military chaplain. They share the same goal of adding
value to people’s lives. Sharon has been in the admin / banking industry for the
last 23 years. This has developed a strong customer care focus. During her spare
time she enjoys scrapbooking, embroidery, reading, photography and travelling -
especially within Africa. Her passport has the stamps to prove it!!! Having been
to Uganda, Swaziland, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Botswana and Mozambique.

her Office Administration Diploma and enjoys Travelling & Tourism. Trudy has a little
