Candidates:

We invite candidates to register their CV's on our database. The more detail we have from our candidates the better chance they will have of finding a post.

Our vacancies change on a daily basis. We receive the job specification from the company:

First thing we do is to conduct an internal search within Ur Career's database. We conduct this search with relevant key words of the job specification.

This is why it is of absolute importance that we have as much as possible information of our candidates.

Secondly we will advertise the positions on our website. Ur Career will contact the candidates who qualify for the position and discuss the job content as well as the company. Once the candidate gives us the go-ahead we will send the CV to the client.

We have legal procedures in place to protect the confidentiality of our candidates. Neither Ur Career employees nor the clients are allowed to discuss any confidential information to irrelevant parties.

Although we deal with large numbers of candidates on a daily basis everyone crossing our path is of extreme importance to us. We view every person as God's creation. Unfortunately it is impossible for us to get back to everyone. We therefore ask you to take full control of your career (as our name Ur Career implies) follow up with us; provide feedback after interviews and keep us informed should anything change from your side.
